歴史

デコトラ (Dekotora) is a term for a visually altered style of truck that can be encountered in Japan. These trucks do not go unnoticed, just like our kitchen.
This is why we have taken this term which designates not only our vehicle, but also our cooking. It differs from the traditional one by not offering sushis, by being exclusively vegetarian and by being simple yet of an almost gastronomic quality.

Our menu is intentionally small with only three soba noodles dishes and three udon noodles dishes that are carefully prepared and are often redesigned to surprise our customers.
